Our rent-a-prop business, located on our 3rd floor, is a full production prop rental business with everything from everyday household items to lots of hard to find and one of a kind items for staging a small or full scale theatrical production.

That's a RAP

The idea for the business started with the search by Art Directors for a production requiring a classic New England stage set. In addition to locating what they needed at New England Demolition and Salvage, with owners Harry and Jeanine James assistance, the directors also needed a solution to what they would do with the set items once production was complete. This was the spark for the Rent - A - Prop idea.

Norman and April Smith are the co-owners for That's A RAP, handling the business aspects of the company, while New England Demolition and Salvage works as a partner providing space and retail assistance.
